Zuella Arendale and Ben Jack Rudder?

I was told by the person who provided this photograph that this was Kate Washington Arendale, but I do not see how it can be so, as Kate was born in 1841.  This photo looks to be around 1900 as that is when the gentleman's boater hat came into fashion.

I am taking a guess that this is Zuella Arendale Rudder (1870 - 1952)  and husband Benjamin Jackson Rudder (1870 - 1911).
