My mother, Frances Bernice Holland, never knew either of her grandmothers, both having been deceased when Mother was very young.  Here is a photo of Mother's father's grandmother and his aunt, of Giles County, Tennessee.

Missinah Jane Johnson (Bottom) Van Hoozer, my gg-grandmother who is sitting next to Frances Sarah Van Hoozer Brown, my gg aunt
